Monika Reif has extensive drafting experience including 10 years as the Senior Drafting Officer and Supervisor at the City of Perth plus many years drafting in the private sector for geological survey, electrical, and mining companies.
Monika's civil drafting skills include design of urban roads, traffic signals, roundabouts, priority intersections, streetscape, car parks and traffic control diagrams for complex roadwork traffic management projects, Main Roads road marking and signage plans and Shire Applications.
Based in her home office in the hills of Mundaring and concentrating on drafting Shire of Mundaring applications for patio, shed, house additions or swimming pool installations. Monika is also available to work externally if required.
When working on your project, Monika prefers to view your property and take photos of your residence and block to help in completing your Shire Application.
Monika drafts with a computer aided drafting package called Autocad, which is a very efficient mode of drafting, as changes to an original design can be easily achieved.
